We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover, as well as PayPal.
How do I track my order?
All purchasers will receive an email automatically with the tracking information. Those with a Hiawatha Hobbies account can also login and review all of your order information, including tracking.
Can make changes to or cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on fast shipping, but that means once an order is placed, it immediately goes to the warehouse for processing, and it may not be possible to cancel or make changes. If you need to make changes to your order, call us at 262-544-4131 right away and we’ll do our best to help.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard shipping based on your order total (our choice). Large over-sized items may require additional shipping charges based on size. Specific USPS (Ground Advantage & Priority) and UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) methods are also available and are calculated automatically. All orders over $299.99 in the contiguous USA receive free standard shipping.

How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-2 days with many shipped the day after an order is placed, provided the product ordered is in stock. Some items may require additional days to process.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, however we can only ship by USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer USPS and UPS shipping, additional charges may apply.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return of unopened products 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. (See below for exceptions.)
- Any product returned to us as defective, damaged, parts missing, etc. must have a document attached explaining exactly what the defect is. You must include a copy of the invoice with the item. Return must have the original box and packing and not have been abused in any way. Defective, damaged goods and parts missing must be verified by an employee before a credit is given.
- Defective items from the following companies must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement / repair. (Please let us know if you need a phone number or address for a particular manufacturer.)

All book, DVD, rocket motor, paint and glue sales are final.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except if incorrect merchandise is shipped.
Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of the incorrect product to you will also be accepted within 30 days.
Any product damaged as a result of shipping requires the notification of the shipping department and/or the General Manager. They will advise the method by which the product is to be shipped back. Please retain the damaged shipping box and all contents for the claim’s agent. Upon processing and receiving the reimbursement for the claim, we will then reimburse you for the damaged product(s).
