What is the eligibility to select curbside pickup?
Curbside pickup is currently only available to Wisconsin & Illinois residents.
Is there an order minimum?
No.
What days are you open to pick up an order?
Orders can be picked up from Hiawatha Hobbies:
Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 4 PM
Sunday 12 - 5 PM
Curbside pickup orders placed after 2PM will typically not be available until the following day.
How long before I can pick up my order?
Most orders are ready in 1-2 hours after placing the order. Please wait until you receive an email from us that your order is ready for pickup!
How long will you hold my order for pickup?
Orders will be held by for up to 10 business days. If you do not pick up your order within 10 business days, the order will be canceled, and you will be automatically refunded for the full amount of your order.
What should I do when I arrive?
Instore Pickup:
Stop in during regular hours. Have your order or email confirmation with you.
Curbside pickup:
Call us at 262-544-4131 and let us know that you have a curbside pick Up. Please have your order number ready.
I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
