Refund policy

We will gladly accept the return of most unopened products 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. (See below for exceptions.)

• Any product returned to us as defective, damaged, parts missing, etc. must have a document attached explaining exactly what the defect is. You must include a copy of the invoice with the item. Return must have the original box and packing and not have been abused in any way. Defective, damaged goods and parts missing must be verified by an employee before a credit is given.
• Defective items from the following companies must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement / repair.  (Please let us know if you need a phone number or address for a particular manufacturer.)

All books, DVD's, Batteries, Rocket Motors, paint and glue sales are final.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except if incorrect merchandise is shipped.

Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of the incorrect product to you will also be accepted within 10 days.

Any product damaged as a result of shipping requires the notification of the shipping department and/or the General Manager. They will advise the method by which the product is to be shipped back. Please retain the damaged shipping box and all contents for the claim’s agent. Upon processing and receiving the reimbursement for the claim, we will then reimburse you for the damaged product(s).
