Add the last of Electro-Motive Division's famed "Geeps" to your HO roster with the WalthersProto EMD GP60 diesel locomotive. Built between 1985 and 1994, the prototype featured state-of-the-art microprocessor systems and a 3,800 hp 16-cylinder 710G3A prime mover. These four axle units could be found on priority intermodal and fast freight assignments and continue to serve on class one railroads into the 2020s. The GP60 also accurately recreates the prototype with upgraded tooling and roadname-specific details, such as:
